Pricing Overview

ACS Monitor offers simple, transparent pricing with no per-device fees and no hidden costs. Every tier includes the full feature set — the only difference between tiers is the combined device and monitor cap.

Tier Comparison

What Counts Towards Your Cap

Your tier's cap is a combined total of devices and service monitors:

• Devices — any host being monitored (servers, switches, routers, firewalls, access points, printers, etc.)
• Service monitors — individual monitoring checks not tied to a specific device (e.g., monitoring an external URL, DNS resolution check, or external SMTP relay test)

The counts are added together. For example, on the Free tier: 60 devices + 40 service monitors = 100 total, which is at the Free tier cap of 100.

Note: Individual checks on a device (such as SNMP + ping on the same host) do not count separately. Only the device itself counts as one unit. Service monitors only count when they are standalone checks not associated with a device.

Free Tier

The Free tier is designed to let you fully evaluate ACS Monitor without any commitment:

• Up to 100 combined devices and monitors
• No credit card required
• No time limit — use it indefinitely
• Full feature set, identical to paid tiers
• Upgrade to a paid tier at any time from your dashboard

Pro Tier

The Pro tier is ideal for small to mid-sized MSPs:

• Up to 500 combined devices and monitors
• £100 per year, billed annually
• Payment processed securely via Stripe
• Subscription renews automatically each year

Enterprise Tier

The Enterprise tier is built for larger operations:

• Up to 1,000 combined devices and monitors
• £250 per year, billed annually
• Payment processed securely via Stripe
• Subscription renews automatically each year

Custom Tier

If you need more than 1,000 combined devices and monitors, or have specific requirements, contact us for a custom arrangement. Custom tiers offer:

• Custom device/monitor cap set to your requirements
• Custom pricing based on your needs
• Flexible billing arrangements

Billing Cycle

All paid tiers are billed annually. When you subscribe:

1. You are charged immediately for the first year
2. Your subscription renews automatically on the anniversary date
3. You will receive an email reminder before renewal
4. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings

Upgrading

You can upgrade your tier at any time. The new cap takes effect immediately. See Upgrading Your Tier for details on how the billing is handled when upgrading mid-cycle.
