Payment Methods
Overview
ACS Monitor uses Stripe for all payment processing. Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Accepted Payment Methods
Through Stripe, we accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit cards — Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit
Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region and Stripe's supported options.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe's secure infrastructure:
- Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted payment page
- We never see or store your full card number
- All transactions are encrypted with TLS
- Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security
Managing Payment Methods
You can update your payment method at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from the billing section of your dashboard. This allows you to:
- Update your card details before expiry
- Switch to a different card
- View your saved payment methods
Failed Payments
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), Stripe will automatically retry the payment. You will receive an email notification about the failed payment. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription status will change to "past due" and you may need to update your payment method to restore service.
