Bug Reports and Feature Requests
Reporting Bugs
If you encounter a bug in ACS Monitor, we want to know about it. Bug reports help us improve the platform for everyone. You can report bugs through the support ticket system or by emailing support@acsmon.com.
What to Include in a Bug Report
A good bug report includes:
- Summary — a brief description of the bug
- Steps to reproduce — the exact steps to trigger the bug
- Expected behaviour — what you expected to happen
- Actual behaviour — what actually happened
- Environment — your ACS Monitor version, host OS, and browser (if applicable)
- Screenshots or logs — any visual evidence or log output that illustrates the issue
Feature Requests
We welcome feature requests and suggestions for improving ACS Monitor. You can submit feature requests through:
- Feedback form — available in your dashboard under the Feedback section
- Support tickets — submit a ticket tagged as a feature request
- Email — send your suggestion to support@acsmon.com
Writing a Good Feature Request
When submitting a feature request, help us understand the context:
- Describe the problem — what are you trying to achieve that you currently cannot?
- Propose a solution — how do you envision the feature working?
- Explain the impact — how would this feature benefit your workflow?
We review all feature requests and prioritise based on demand and feasibility. While we cannot guarantee every request will be implemented, your input directly shapes the product roadmap.
